About the Rock County Historical Society

The Rock County Historical Society is located in Luverne, Minnesota. We are here to dedicate ourselves to the history of Rock County and educating our youth of today. Our members volunteer their time to value the history of Rock County. We hold our reputation with great gratitude and thanks from our founders and patrons. Together our community continues to honor the history of Rock County. As John F. Kennedy once said, “History is a relentless master. It has no present, only the past rushing into the future.”
